All therapist are practicing safe protocols to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. We are following all our standard safe protocols including all government guidelines.
Masks, and visors will be worn the Therapist.
Covid Disclaimers Form will be sent to each client before treatment to be completed.
A Sanitize station is set up for arrival, clients temperature will be taken and each client will be signed in either by NHS app or client details documented.
All rooms are sanitised / disinfected / aired for 15 minutes between each client. All equipment / tools are sterilized and surfaces are cleaned between clients.
Angels Sanctuary is taking extra safety and health precautions for Covid-19 to keep our everyone safe and comfortable receiving their treatments.
Appointments & Cancellation Policy
A deposit will be taken at the time of booking, for treatments over the value of £25, in order to secure the appointment.
All clients will need to complete a Consultation Form and Covid-19 Disclaimer Form before scheduled appointment.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your treatment if it cannot be completed in the remaining time. We will try are best to reschedule in a timely manner.
If we do not hear from you in 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it will be considered a No-Show and a charge will be made for 50% of the treatment scheduled.
Clients who wish to change or cancel appointments are requested to provide at least 24 hours notice as a courtesy to both our therapists and other clients who wish to book appointments in Angels Sanctuary. We charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the full treatment value if an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled giving less than 24 hours notice.
Regrettably, we have had to put these measures in place at Angels Sanctuary as a courtesy to other clients who wish to make suitable appointments. There has been a high volume of non-arrivals and last minute cancellations, which in turn other clients have been unable to come in or make appointment due to being full booked.
